What are the cyber laws and patient records breach laws that impact me?
Your state has a variety of laws and Licensing Board breach notification requirements that can require a lawyer to represent you, plus fines and penalties you must pay. The HIPAA High Tech Law CFR Part 160 is of particular impact to healthcare workers and requires appropriate safeguards to protect the privacy of personal health information.
